I won't lie to you. This is a shameless plug for BBC Radio Wales.Ruth Jones, 'Nessa from Gavin and Stacey (one of those rare shows that makes me feel homesick - it's Barry Island in HD that does it), is starting her own Sunday show on the station from October 5. She'll be on between 10 and midday.
Ruth says: "It'll be like having friends over the house for brunch. We'll go through the papers, have a coffee, maybe a bacon bap or two and a nice chat, y'know, just relaxed and easy, easy like Sunday morning."
